| The South Tyrone Empowerment Programme (STEP) is gathering information on issues that are affecting migrant workers that can be addressed through policy development. It is intended to look at the following:
1. What the main issues are 2. Where the issues originate (in legislation, policy, procedure or practice) 3. What can be done to change the situation for the better. |
