| S.T.E.P. Training was rebranded as "Footprint" in late August 2006. The new brand name comes from the desire for our learners to "make their mark" by empowering themselves through training and learning.

| S.T.E.P. is committed to the provision of top quality training tailored to the needs of individual learners with a premise of encouraging marginalized community members to seek personal development through training. In order to deliver this quality training we have a partnership with NWRC in Derry, with TWN another key funder for this project.
